Inlice Beach is 800 meters long dark sand and only 7.4 kilometers (4.6 miles) from Göcek. The beach is run by the municipality of Fethiye which means very reasonable prices to enter with a car and prices in the cafe.
When you arrive at inlice beach, you will be greeted by one of the Fethiye municipality employees at the gate where you can pay the fee for your car. If you have a baby or any disabled visitors in your car, you can ask to park somewhere near the cafe so they can open the next security gate to allow you to enter the road to the cafe. If you don`t need this access, you can simply follow the road to car park and park it anywhere.
The beach offers safe swimming and the water is usually calm but can get wavy during windy weather. A café on the beach operated by the Fethiye Municipality offers very reasonably priced drinks and refreshments. There is an official car park, shower and WC facilities, changing cubicles and sun beds & parasols for hire and a disability access to the sea (ramp going into water).
Some parts of the İnlice Beach have flat rocks in water which can be very slippery so watch your step. Inlice beach is also home for small territorial fish who likes to nibble your deadskin or things stuck to your suntan lotion so don`t be frightened, they are not harmful.
